The publication of the Indictment in the Revolution File has spurred a concerted media campaign in its wake to further develop, give “context” for, the case in the Rechizitoriu. While the reader cannot be sure, the concerted character and the content of these follow-on articles suggest that someone associated with the SPM, if not the SPM itself, are putting some of this information out there, priming the pump, so-to-speak. (Admittedly, this is just speculation on my part.) Ziare.com and Evenimentul Zilei have been at the forefront of this media blitz: Here are some of the articles:

If some of themes look familiar–Nicolae Militaru (GRU/KGB), USLA’s Gheorghe Trosca an innocent victim of an alleged Militaru vendetta, TVR’s Teodor Brates responsible for “disinforming” the public about “securisti-teroristi,” Aurel Dragomir responsible for the post 22 December violence in Sibiu, the very idea that there were no “terrorists” that they were just an “invention” of those of the Military and the CFSN who seized power in order to legitimate themselves and cover their tracks–it should come as no suprise…this is all old, fake news…flooded on the market in 1990 by the former Securitate and their supporters…those who focus on what supposedly is different from former Securitate accounts and the Rechizitoriu, will easily miss what is more important and more dominant: what they have in common!
