The basis upon which the “Revolution File” was reopened in 2016, and upon which it appears the findings of the Military Prosecutors continue to be based, includes the claims of the former Directorate IV Securitate CI officer Pavel Corut (and repeated by other former Fourth Directoarate Securitate officers, for example, Valentin Raiha, through the years)!
